I have a lot of polo shirts. So basically for men it's slacks and a polo?
I have too many shoes now. I've had one pair all my life and the second I get a back up pair my brain freaks out of which pair to put on in the mornings.
Cryptology, Mythology, Chemistry, Acting and Physics. But I have problems with doing math.
No, slacks are for formal. They usually have shorts. The girls wear the same, or they can have a skirt/skort in place of the shorts.
Haha, I just wear what is comfortable. Dunlop Volleys are the best for comfort. They're like the Australian Vans, though probably older than Vans. IDK
Wont they teach you maths at uni? In Australia they start at the beginning for everything. I think it's because of the foreigners.
You seem to have a broad mix of subjects. Just do what gives you the most enjoyment. Not just while studying, but once you graduate too.
Have you had a try of those subjects yet? We get 4 weeks to drop subjects without financial or academic penalty. If you have that in the USA, I guess you try the subjects which interest you and drop them if they don't. You can still slip into some other lectures. No one will ever know.
Ah, khakis were normal for me when I went.
I do the same most of the time, just some slip-on Skechers.
Yeah but I don't have a brain for maths, so Physics and Chemistry are kind of out.
I'm going to go to a Community Collage which is a cheaper version of the big name places, only around 3,000 dollars for two semesters.
I don't think playing video game or reading counts as a course. Writing I find fun, but I mostly just make characters.
You can just mix your sentence around to remove the "like", or find a substitute word or phrase. For instance, "It seems as though/if a majority of users here are Christian". Those are probably a little too Australian, but you get the point... Right? As for the Shaggy part. You didn't need to say "like Shaggy". You could have just said "Shaggy".
Okay, I guess you're right. But what exactly do you have against the word "like"?
Just the excessive use of the word. And the way Aussie girls put on an accent to say it.
The Australia, the Aboriginal and the Torres Strait flags.
I tried to put images of them in this post, but they wouldn't show up after I pressed save changes. So I'm just going to assume I found the right ones.
I would say so. There is also Eureka. Not a national flag, but a popular one.
With the amount of home schoolers I see online, I would believe that 70% of the US population were home schooled. You guys are like an invasion. And I've only ever met one person who was home schooled. She was an odd one.
Gg Hmm... Can't say I have ever been refereed to as a New South Welshman or a Queenslander. They're usually sporting terms, but the average person just calls everyone mate. No need to be state specific.
It's just that Canadians are harsh when I call them Americans. I mean, they are Americans. My Colombian friend is also American. So United Statesmen... I feel is a better way to describes some of the North Americans.
Homeschoolers are more likely to be on a kid-friendly site talking about LEGOs. Most public schoolers wouldn't deem it cool.
We don't usually refer to people as Texans or New Yorkers, they're just terms that can be used.
Yeah, everyone on this side of the world is technically an American, and at the same time techncially isn't. Sorry if that made no sense, but it's technically true.
Speaking from a public schooler's perspective, it certainly isn't cool to talk about LEGO on an Internet forum. I don't care though. I don't tell people about this.
The Earth is billions of years old, A LOT can happen in a billion years. It is difficult for a human to understand how long that is when we only live to be about 70 years on average.
No one can prove how old the earth is, really. It's all just guesswork.
Well of course no one can 100% prove how old the Earth really is (until time travel is invented ). But due to what scientists know about how rocks change over time, we have a decent estimate. And I trust scientists, unlike some people. Let me guess, you don't believe in climate change either?
Ignore everything I say, to the best of your ability.
I was "educated" at a government school/s and I still hang out on a kid-friendly forum. Besides, when do we actually talk about LEGO? I think you'll find that the public school kids are just too busy.
Confusing, but I think some Aussies try to be American. Girls who say 'like' far too often.
It just seems like the majority of users here are Christian homeschoolers, and they're probably the most likely to want a clean website to chat on.
Like Shaggy from Scooby-Doo? He says "like" waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much. Most of the time in ways that don't even make grammatical sense.
Yeah, why is everyone here a Christian homeschooler. I feel... alone, I'm pretty much the opposite, being an Atheist Publicschooler.
Ignore everything I say, to the best of your ability.
