I shall now quote benboy:
If you want to do this, just screenshot or web archive the first, like, 10 pages of that once a week, then the next week go through the list, seeing who was online in the past week, and comparing their post counts to your archived list. Not that many people post so it shouldn't take you more than about thirty minutes. I think that's the most efficient way to do it.
