I just looked at a map of states within the central timezone and just picked the biggest one that stood out. Oh, well we are big, and we do stand out. "Your story checks out."  and cows! don't forget the moo moos I guess so. Yep. Ah yes, Texas would have a lot of cows. Has your family started on the cow business?
