It ought to be warm, with the exception of specifically iced tea. Nice and hot, with a spot of milk.  Milk and tea can be quite good, but it depends. :{P

On what? The type of tea, I personally contend that milk is usually reserved for coffee. :{P I think cream is best with coffee. Milk is best with a small cup of tea, and a dab of sugar.
