Don't forget to include a Class from the options listed in the Castle RP Rules/FAC/Voting Topic.
Sounds good! Can we be races from any Castle subtheme? Like, could I be a dwarf if I wanted? Also, legobuilder, you the HQ leader? If so, what classes do you think we need*-)?
Yes. You can be a:
Human Elf Dwarf Orc Goblin
If you wanted to be anything else, you would need to ask first.

You could be any race that's on the second page of the Lore/Worldbuilding Topic. I don't really care what class you want. I am the HQ leader.
Okay. So, what classes does this HQ have already? I don't want to choose one that we already have.

@diglett809: I'm not seeing your latest post. I would ask you to try again, but one of the mods will probably have it sorted out by the time you see this. :tounge:

Diglett, just so you know, I'm surprised that things are so even as they are. I would honestly think it normal is their are lots of wizards, lots of Knights and some Archers Rogues and Herbists.
Tul Generas of the Orcs, Darthraxx of the dragon Knights. I RP, and have lots of fun.

My character is a knight/wizard, and forestranger's (inactive) character is (I think) an archer and perhaps also a rogue. Knight/Archer would be the best choice IMO. They're the most multipurpose.

Name: Valithor Icebeard Gender: Male
Race: Human Class: Knight and reluctant Wizard. (He won't use magic that much, I just thought it would be handy to have in case he needed it.)
Age: 39
Height: 6' 4" or 1.9 meters
Country of Origin: Wilderlands
Appearance: His most distinguishing feature is his long (it reaches to the middle of his chest and is very full), icy white beard. His hair is also white, and is generally shoulder length but is longer if he is away from the castle for an extended period of time. He is strongly built, and has had to turn sideways to fit through small doorways due to his broad shoulders. His eyes are blue, and his face is rugged yet kind.
Characteristics: Valithor is very strong, even more so than some orcs he has met. He claims (although you might not want to believe him) that he once bested a Minotaur is an arm wrestling match. He is a strong leader and somewhat charismatic as well. Due to his extensive traveling, he is a wonderful storyteller and a welcomed guest at many taverns. However, he is not perfect. His main downfall is his temper. It has an incredibly short fuse and it gets the better of him quite often. When directed at enemies, it is a powerful weapon, but his anger can and does fall on his allies sometimes. He also becomes very depressed and withdraws for no apparent reason, but he does in fact have a reason. (Read the backstory.)
Equipment: Valithor carries a huge battleaxe in, well, battle. He sometimes will wield a sword and shield instead of the axe. He wears plate armor during war, and in peacetime he wears hunting clothes. His peacetime attire includes his sword and a leather satchel used for carrying the odds and ends he comes across during his travels.
Backstory: Valithor was born in a village called Halsinum at the foot of a mountain range in the Wilderlands. This rustic upbringing toughened him up, but his village was, sadly, crushed by an avalanche when he was ten years old. He traveled with the survivors for many years, and watched the group shrink over time as its members settled down in various villages and towns. Eventually, when Valithor was sixteen, the final members of his group settled in Oruthal. Valithor ventured further into this kingdom, and finally stopped his journeys in Kainospet. He soon found a job that he liked, was good at, and payed good money. He became a freelance hunter, and slew whatever beast was troubling the kingdom of Oruthal.
His fame grew tremendously when he slew a dragon that had destroyed the city Kynigós. His jobs became more dangerous, until eventually, at the ripe old age of 21, he took a job offered by a wealthy fisherman to slay the sea serpent that had been terrorizing the coastal villages and destroying fishing boats. Now, hunting sea serpents is no easy job, mainly because you need to be in a boat during the battle.
Sea Serpents
Sea serpents are carnivorous oceanic reptiles found in Oruthal and along the coast of the Wilderlands. They can grow to massive sizes, with some (including the one Valithor fought) reaching lengths of over 200 feet (about 61 meters). They can hold their breath for hours and their strength is terrifying. Legend tells of an ancient Orc warlord who sailed north to attack Oruthal with a massive fleet led by a gargantuan flagship. Not one ship (or Orc) survived the journey. A sea serpent smashed the ships to splinters and coiled himself around the flagship, breaking it in half.
Their teeth are thin, but strong, and point backwards to prevent the escape of prey. Their scales are very strong, but not invincible, and the tail of a sea serpent can create small tidal waves. This is what Valithor was going up against.
Resumed Backstory....
Needless to say, Valithor barely survived the battle, and his actions angered the beast so much that it attacked a village immediately after Valithor left. No one survived the devastation. Valithor took complete responsibility for the tragedy and the loss of over 200 lives. In his mind, he could have prevented it. The serpent was, thankfully, slain by another hunter who was much older and much more experienced at the job. Following the attack, Valithor left Oruthal. He wandered the continent for years, helping wherever he could. He was able to slay a stone wyrm in Stennev'avfjallen and scattered a colony of Fire Drakes in Aardhemir.
During his travels, he journeyed through a remote area in Aardhemir under the iron fist of a dark wizard. He had cursed the land, causing all crops to die, and could bring lightning down from the sky to smash anyone who questioned him. Valithor fought him, and won, restoring the land to its original state and liberating the people. This experience gave him a very negative view of magic, and now he is reluctant to use it, even for his own benefit.
Eventually, he found himself in the south at the age of 27. One day while hunting, a mysterious man who took him in. This man was the Black Knight. Valithor learned much from him. After many years of fighting at his side, Valithor was forced to remain at the Shadow Warrior's fortress while the Black Knight set out with several others to slay a Manticore that had been spotted in the Plains. Only one man returned, and he brought grave news: the Black Knight had fallen. Valithor took on his mantle and became leader of the Shadow Warriors. He fought with the other kingdoms of the south in the Tower of Time, and for a short time returned to the north for the purpose of aiding Skelar'avwirm in Stennev'avfjallen's civil war. He now fights with his allies against Lord Engeurrand in the Ruins of the Pine Forest.

My character is a knight/wizard, and forestranger's (inactive) character is (I think) an archer and perhaps also a rogue. Knight/Archer would be the best choice IMO. They're the most multipurpose.
Okay, so I should be an Archer/Knight? You can choose 2 classes, right?

Yes, you can.
Okay, I'm going to be a Dwarf Knight/Archer then:). What else should I put in my bio besides a name and description? Also, what is the Shadow Warriors backstory? I need to know so I know what to make my backstory like:).

There isn't really a Shadow Warriors backstory. Just say that your character was accepted into the order after proving himself to either Valithor if he's a new recruit or the Black Knight if he's been around for a while.
