Valithor and Casúr walk through the forest, following Alpida. Casúr managed to find the morning star before he left, then gave it to Valithor. He was able to catch up with them in a reasonable amount of time. Having long legs is often useful.
Valithor is spending more time admiring the morning star than the forest, but Casúr is entranced with the natural beauty around him.
OOC: Does the morning star have any special qualities, or is it just a normal weapon?

They eventually come to an old, worn-down ruin of a building. It's so covered in plant life that one has to look closely to tell it is a building at all. Alpida walks through a large gap in the crumbling wall.

OOC: It's normal, but of fine make.
Valithor and Casúr follow her through the gap in the wall. "What weapon are you looking for, anyway?" Valithor asks.

Valithor and Casúr follow her through the gap in the wall. "What weapon are you looking for, anyway?" Valithor asks.
"My mace," she looks around for a few seconds before seeing what she is looking for. There is a section of the rubble that appears to have been moved by human hands. She shifts it aside, uncovering a large, plain metal box. It appears to have no hinges or clasps.

"Ah. Maces are worthy weapons. What is the head of this one like?" he asks. Upon seeing the box, he frowns.
Casúr looks quite uncomfortable with the low ceiling. When he sees the box, his brow furrows. "Would you like me to open it? I know that you are capable, but I have not tested my strength in some time."

She grins and describes it*. To Casúr she says, "I'm afraid this box doesn't work that way. If you wish, you may test your strength by removing it from the box after I open it." As she presses her palm to the box, there is a clicking sound. She pulls the lid off, revealing the mace.
*OOC: I'm not sure how to describe it in real terms, so I'm going to use LEGO. The head is made of one of those tiny spear/harpoon/arrow pieces with three shruikens on it. The shruikens are turned so that the spikes curve around instead of being stacked on top of each other.

OOC: Ah, OK.
Casúr nods his head in thanks and walks over to her. He removes his hammer from its strap on his back and leans it against the wall, then wraps one massive hand around the handle and lifts. He grunts in surprise as it is heavier than he thought. After a few seconds, he (probably) lifts it from the box. He holds it up and inspects it before handing it to Alpida. "A worthy weapon for a worthy warrior."
If he can't lift it, he drops it with a loud thud and turns to Alpida. "I am sorry that I cannot carry through with your challenge. Please forgive me, and I would be glad to accept a different challenge whenever you wish."
