With the Xain cavalry numbering approximately as many as them, and the foot soldiers still attacking from the other three sides, they are unable to make much advancement.
*Darthraxx and the Elemental assist them, in addition to protecting the living soldiers. The Stone Warriors also work on it.*
With their help, the Xain begin to retreat a little more.
The Lion Knights press their attack, trying to push the Xain cavalry back to the beaches.

Leonus roars, trying to scare the enemy horses.
The army is starting to lose hope. Many have fallen, and the remnants are beset from all sides.
{JAMMERS! -RuleJJ- ONLY!} It occurred to me just now, is the Xain War going to be confined to this topic? I don't know if it would interfere with your plans, but it would be kind of cool if all the HQs were under attack at once, with the armies here separated by the Xain and driven inland. It's fine if it won;t work with your plans, but I thought it might be interesting.

Some of the horses buck, but they are well-trained and their riders keep them under control. The attack by Darthraxx keeps the cavalry from pressing the Xains too hard, but the foot soldiers still surround and far outnumber them.
{JAMMERS! -Shamrock- ONLY!} Probably. If the castle falls, they will attack elsewhere (probably the Shadow Warriors first), but I don't plan on having them spread out now.

Demiu sounds his horn, signalling the retreat. The riders do all they can to fight their way back towards the castle.

As Xavic runs alone at thousands of armed, well-trained soldiers he thinks maybe this wasn't a particularly good idea.
8Xavic loks around for help or something that might help him get Gor'El out of the water*
There is no one nearby other than the Xains, who are currently busying themselves moving supplies off of the ships. Perhaps if he could find a way to get Gor'El onto a ship he may be able to escape.

IC: Lexos orders thirty-five soldiers to stay and help defend the castle, fifty soldiers to go and aid Harfor, and another fifty to go with him. Lexos leads his group of soldiers outside the castle.
OOC: Do we have any cavalry?
OOC: Possibly. I think it is unlikely you would have much, since you're based in a forest and it would be difficult to use cavalry there, but you can have some if you want.

*Xavic looks for the Xain Mages*
It is hard to tell for sure, but he sees several possible groups scattered throughout the army.
