He does block it, but the force knocks him slightly off balance. The general twists his arm out of the way before he can grab it, directing an elbow at Kestrel's face as he does so.
IC: Several Xains fall, leaving an opening for the Forest Band to attack.
OOC: All the way on the other side of the battle.
They continue fighting, pushing their way through the lines.

The Xains still outnumber them greatly. They will have to be careful not to get surrounded, but for now the chaos in the ranks is enough to keep things from going too poorly.

As Tiberius nears the castle, he sees a huge force of soldiers dressed in red fighting against a scattered group in black. A massive stone dragon flies overhead, and along the western edge of the battle soldiers of the Forest Band are engaged with the soldiers in red.
