"Nothing new about the Xains, but we have reinforcements coming our way. The Lion Knights are coming to aid us, and Harfor sent most of our troops here. Have any of them arrived yet?"

"As well as can be expected, which is not well enough to meet the Xains head on I fear. Our only chance at victory is to strike first, and strike hard. The first stage of that has been put in action, and a small group of elite warriors are currently conducting a mission against the Xains."

Even now our forces prepare several smaller fortresses where we can hopefully hold out should this plan fail, or rather when it fails" Amaranth moves over to the main table in the room and invites Lexos to take a seat, before showing him the plans and strategies on the maps.
