Technically work on a dark theme started when I was the Head Admin in late 2017, but it ended up being turned into a Halloween theme instead.

No, no, no. It's been in production for only like one or one and a half years. The theme Shamrock is talking about ended up as the Halloween theme, and the one we're working on is just an edited version of the LMB replica Theme that hasn't been in production for so long.
