It's almost 1 a.m. and I just got out of the shower and I'm sitting here in the dark cramming on an essay while eating what's left of a chicken breast from dinner.
Prime college level life up in here, tell ya what.
Are these kinds of happenings inevitable in college would you say?
Well, we're doing the laramie projectwhich is a documentary about an actual hate crime from the 90s. The entire play is made of real interviews, so we're all playing real people. It's kinda intense and very sad, but it's a good show. And we're all playing about nine roles, so, heheh, I don't think you want me to go through them all.
Interesting. Sounds like a lot of lines to memorize. How long is the play?
It was. All kinds of monologues. I'd say it's about...two hours? We opened just last night but I can't remember what time it was over.
*coffin lid creaks and a small figure stands, brushing off sparkles and stumbles across room*
One day more...
And then I'll be home for winter break, still with final projects and exams kickboxing me into the ground, but at least home with my family and pets and tsum tsum army. Thankfully all assignments will be said and done before my birthday. Maybe then I can actually reply to some posts here and change out my profile from Halloween three weeks ago.
