Yeah... overall I thought Season 13 was quite boring and full of unnecessary worldbuilding, character backstory, and copious side characters with plots that distracted from the main one. I am continually disappointed by the main character of each season being separated from the rest of the ninja for the majority of it--I'd like to see interactions involving the whole team for more than, say, a few episodes each time. The Skull Sorcerer was... okay, I guess? For the first four or five episodes he just reacted to things instead of acting on his own initiative, but he got better as the season progressed. Also, the climax, while feeling truncated, was at least better than that of Season 12 and wrapped everything up decently.
I think I liked it more than Season 11--definitely more than the second half of Season 11, anyway--but Prime Empire is, in my opinion, better. Not that I liked Prime Empire much either....
Wow! Really surprised by this. Whatever. I guess you don't like Ninjago? Season 13 was fantastic! Not sure why you don't like it!
No, I definitely like Ninjago. I think it's completely valid to dislike a few seasons but still like Ninjago as a whole. I gave some reasons for disliking Season 13 already. I think the enormous amount of obtrusive worldbuilding at the expense of a really inspired plot was particularly to blame.

I finished the season a few days ago and I really like it. It was fun and really interesting.
Yeah! I really like how Cole finally got some character development. What were your favorite things about the season?
Pretty much the same thing about how Cole finally gets character development. Another thing that stood out to me was the design of the minifigures, which we haven't seen in sets yet.

Yeah. Ikr? They were amazing! I can't wait for the sets to release in america, I'm going to buy all of them! I also really loved the battles scenes.

Agreed! Awesome! The battles were pretty epic, especially the final battle.

I don't like it as much as I could, because the Skull Sorcerer just...bothers me. I mean, the plot's pretty good from what I've watched, but the magic the villain does chills me to the bone...that pun wasn't intended, I swear. But that's more personal than anything else. (Harumi's ritual in S8 probably kick-started this wariness, as well as the introduction of the Oni.)
I think that the Skull Sorcerer could be like in the top 3 villains, next to Morro and the Overlord (imo). He actually felt like a big threat, and he actually managed to make me scared of him, which I'd say is an accomplishment.
