A guest lecturer in one of my classes jokingly asked if anyone in the room was a flat earther and I was sorely tempted to raise my hand just to see the reactions
Awful risky to bank that hard on everyone having a good sense of humor
Agreed, gotta reserve that material for the classes where I know people can handle it

This semester I have a professor who I can roast him in class and tell bad jokes and he enjoys it
It's stat theory so we were discussing sufficiency and I was like "is the textbook's treatment of this topic sufficient" and he was like you get a point
