Yeah. It seems to be half and half as far as how well they'v been received, but hopefully they'll continue to improve over time.  It's been a long time since I've been on a scooter as well. I used to ride scooters a lot when I was younger. Yeah. Some of the remakes have been better than others, but there haven't been any that I absolutely don't like. 
They're pretty fun. We have some that we ride around the yard (mostly me xD), and we take them to the park occasionally. As long as you still enjoy it, then I'd say it's a success.  That's awesome. It's a great way to get some riding exercise. I wish I could go to the park now, but it's probably still closed for quarantine.

Yep. We did fix it, though I forgot how. We probably just filled in the hole or something. Indeed. I'm sure it would freak me out too. Speaking of the middle of the night, it seemed that you went to bed quite late. I was quite surprised you hadn't gone to bed yet. Same with me. It's strangely the time I'm probably the most awake. Ah, gotcha. That's a nice bedtime to have for being a night owl. Those few times for staying up later are definitely worth it. I'm sure your mom enjoyed the mother's day gift. No problem.
