I don't know how many of you have heard, but it appears we're going to get another Legacy wave for Ninjago in early 2020. This will consist of revamped old sets, just like the first Legacy wave. At the moment the only evidence I've seen of it are two leaked minifigures: a redesigned Tournament Jay, and Pink Zane from Season 1. Can't tell what sets they'll be in, but I'm guessing new versions of Jay's Electromech and, maybe, Destiny's Bounty. Proceed to theorize!

Oh, uh, wow. I guess they made a lot of money off the first Legacy sets, if they're doing it again. 0,0 It'll be cool to see the old sets revamped. I hope the designs will be great.

IS the Tread Assault remade or something? Cuz i’d like to get that set, along with an old Snake Truck Set, so i can combine the two sets to create my Ryen Soto’s Serpentized Tread Assault, the All Terrain Acidifier (the name of that MOC Vehicle).
If i combined Anakin Skywalker’s Jedi Starfighter from that one starwars set and the A-Wing from that set with Vader’s TIE Fighter, i can combine these two sets i mentioned above, it’ll just take me some engineering and thinking to make it all work. I may need a few new peices to keep it all together, so i hope my rather small but handy yellow lego bucket can get the job done.

Also-- PINK ZANE!?
You don’t remember the early days of the show do you?

Images have surfaced of a number of 2020 Ninjago sets, including Season 12 sets and (so far) one new Legacy set: the Golden Mech. I can't say I think much of it, but this is definite confirmation that Legacy is getting a second wave.

At least it can be cool to see how they re-design the old sets. I wonder what all they'll do with this wave.
I'm definitely getting the Golden Mech remake. Finally, knee articulation! Even when I was little, I was annoyed that LEGO mechs never had knees (as someone who doesn't buy sets just for display, Lloyd's Titan Mech is/was very disappointing to me). It looks like LEGO finally listened to fans and figured out how to give the mechs knee articulation.
The Thunder Raider remake (in which Cole's mech has knees!) is another one I'm definitely getting. I was planning on getting the original for a long time, but the Legacy version is an obvious upgrade. The Thunder Raider alone also looks better now (the original looked a bit incomplete with the mech detached).
Lloyd's Jungle Raider is... not great, in my opinion. It's pretty much a downgrade from the original in every way. I know that LEGO needed a small set in this wave, but there's already the tiny Juniors set implemented into the wave. I think that, instead of the Jungle Raider, LEGO should've made a small, severely scaled-down version of Chen's temple (the "Enter the Serpent" set). A $15-20 Temple build with a Chen minifigure, a ninja, and a couple [TV show accurate, unlike in the DotD set] Anacondrai-transformed cultist minifigures would've been a much better value than just a Lloyd minifig in a tiny car, not to mention the fact that this would've represented Season 4 as a whole better.

All I really want is a set that praises the amazing episode that was Childs Play. Like, seriously, why didn't we ever get anything like that, or even a polybag for one of the characters, cause they could've made some serious money from collectors wanting to get their hands on a teeny ninja

I liked the original Golden Mech better, even with the added knee articulation on this one, but I'll admit that I was also disappointed by the lack of knees on Lloyd's Titan Mech.
You're right about the Thunder Raider, it looks better than the original--I have the original and I've always been on the fence about whether I really like it or not. That being said, I can't quite understand why they decided to remake this set out of all the Rebooted sets: I wasn't under the impression it was particularly popular or legendary.
The Jungle Raider is a huge disappointment when compared with the original, like this year's Samurai Mech remake. I agree that a small temple would have been much better.

I'd most definitely pay to get my hands on a teeny kid ninja. xD
