For a while I pondered whether or not to post this on the Ninjago forum or not, because back when I was on the OG LMB, thats the only place I ever really inhabited, and the place you'll probably see me the most if you see me at all... But holy guacamole, the waves of nostalgia that I'm getting... I've been quietly lurking and wondering whether or not to announce my presence, and so, here i am, but one thing i won't do is reveal my identity from my past life, as i was, though obscure, a bit of an idiot... But here I am, born anew, fresh, and ready for a second round of conversing with fellow nerds, home/cyber schoolers (I myself being the latter), and, most importantly, fellow life-long partakers in the common guilty pleasure of overpriced plastic bricks... I am a Christian, a history lover ( particularly pertaining to the mid-victorian/US Civil War era, the swing era/WW2, and the Georigan period in the US and abroad... In that order of preferance), a lover of all things military aviation (past, present and future), and a chronic procrastinator. Tolkien and Riggs are the two gentlemen who I have traversed many lands and realms and realities with, and for their bulwark of tales in rough times will i always be greatful, granting me ascension to planes beyond the grasp of my own lowly intellect and imagination. I hope you will have me in your community, and I hope that I may read and become attached to numerous tales of your own invention, the likes of which climber321, secretagent(insert forgotten numerical pattern here), and many others would be proud of, to know that their legacies as citizens of the community live on through the imagination, spirit, and zeal of we the forgotten fandom.

Its great to be back, in one way or another.... I had left the original forum about a year or two before its closing, and i was completely oblivious to the changes LEGO made to their website... I revisited around 6 months ago and witnessed the utter sacrilege that it their flash game selection... If only they could have kept the quest for R2-D2, man, that game was the REAL DEAL! But after its return, i was desperate to find out about what happened to the message boards, and I went googling, found the wiki, and then transitioned to the LMBE wiki, where I began my on and off lurking, trying to figure out if i knew anyone here, seeing so many amazing stories like in the days of old... And suddenly, i was younger, brimming with energy, and completely ignorant to the fact that I would need to retain all that math stuff over the summer, or else Middle-School would be more painful than it needed to be... A few months later, and here I am, waiting for junior, senior, and college to be more painful than they ought to be...

At first I thought I had hit peak nostalgia... Then I found out how to change themes, and this tiny screen transformed into a bulky pre 2013 laptop from which i used to read about the agents of SAMURAI and lightning jay, the go kart racer...

Ah, I see. Yeah, LEGO.com has grown up, probably more than we would have liked, then again, we've grown up too. Yeah, college is going to be quite busy.

Was that one of the old stories from the old MBs? Because the name sounds awfully familiar.
Lightning was a story about Jays origin and life as a teenager, written by user klafroth. In its lifetime, it garnered over 1,223 posts, and around 6,000 total likes. If my memory serves me correctly, there was rarely a time when it wasn't of fire, and hardly ever was it off of the front page. Its highly likely that you remember this one, because it garnered HUMONGOUS amounts of traffic whenever a chapter was posted. I checked the wayback machine to see if the story had been saved there, or had been moved to wattpad (as was the case with a few of JayZX535) but it appears that the author left the forum without notice of doing so, their last post and log in date being October 14, 2016, and the wayback machine only saved the first 15 or so pages, then the last page, number 82
