So, with all the new details about Disney's new streaming service, Disney+, coming out, as well as trailers for some of its original content, how are you guys feeling about it? Do you think you will be paying for it? Is there anything you wish were different about it? Do you need more information before subscribing? This is the place to discuss all your thoughts and feelings about this new development of the Disney brand. Personally, I think I will definitely be signing up at some point very soon after launch, but I want to wait a month or two so things can slow down and I can get a chance to view the whole catalog before making my final decision. I think it's really cool that they will supposedly have their entire catalog of animated features, effectively killing the "Disney Vault." Or maybe Disney+ IS the Disney Vault!

Of course it takes me until now to remember to reply to this thread.
At the time of posting, I would've said I needed a bit more information before deciding, but at this point I've already subscribed, so... I did think it was best to wait a couple of weeks after it initially launched, though. Allow some time to let everyone else deal with the inevitable technical difficulties before jumping in.
As for your other point, yes, I think Disney+ actually is the Disney Vault. Or at least a new version of it. In a way it killed the vault, and in a way it just adapted it to be more accessible -- which, to be honest, I really like that.

I'm in the "wait a couple weeks so they can sort out the bugs" camp and I still haven't subscribed yet but I'm planning to do so very soon. I definitely appreciate the vast wealth of content being made available and I can't wait to be able to watch Frozen or Ratatouille on my phone whenever I want.
