You could get rid of the forum probably, and just use it as a site. But like, you could look into other site hosters that I may not be able to mention because they're not whitelisted.

Well, the Galleries were technically a forum, in the way that there's posts and threads and stuff like that, so you just have to edit the CSS and JS to make the forum look and feel more like a gallery.
As for image uploading, you could use the plugin we use: Download Link: Admin Home > Plugins > Manage > Import Plugin
