What all would this entail?
This would entail Representatives from each forum, elected by the active users of the LMBE, who legislate moderation and keep the moderators from abusing their power. And yes, of course, the Modarchy will have to be overthrown. =P
Ho hum sounds like a lot of hard work. Maybe the Modarchy is fine. It's not corrupt at least.
