Basically when you see that you'll only see approved recent posts but we see the ones not yet approved and approve them there. How that works is someone will come on and go through the recent posts until they get to the last unapproved post then work forward from there.

Yup that link seems to be magically adding on stuff to the end which pulls a 404, no idea why but we can just blame Proboards. Presumably you mean the interview for mod, TBH it's not that difficult we just ask some questions (5 + maybe some follow ups depending on responses). I won't tell you the actual questions but it's not like a test.
