Nah it's all good. ..how?? I thought Echo was part of the Rishi Outpost arc, but that said it's been years since I've seen it.
Not sure if I've seen that arc or not, I remember there was one episode with just clones at an outpost. I'm in the middle of the show, and I've mostly just seen season 1 plus a few episodes in seasons 2 and 3 because I'm watching it chronologically.
