The best pizzas are those cooked over a coal fire in a brick oven. The best I've ever had was probably at Frank Pepe's Pizzeria Napoletana in Connecticut, often voted the best pizza in the country. Definitely worth a visit if you're ever on vacation in the area, Connecticut has some great pizza places. (I don't live there, but I visited a couple years back and we ate at a few different ones.)

Hmmm, it's fine a little burnt. (The crust at Pepe's was super crunchy and it had ash-y stuff that got all over your fingers, but it tasted amazing. ) I prefer my crust kinda soft and greasy, though.
