Hello, friends. A lot of you already know me from the gallery. Yes, I spent a long time there. Coming almost directly after it was a year old through the very last day, some of you could even consider me as a gallery veteran. But could it come back? Well, It could. But a couple of days ago, I was browsing the online Lego shop when I saw a speech bubble shaped icon pop up. Of course I clicked it, ('cause I'm a button-pressing freak! ) and it brought me to a chat room sort of thing, and it said, "Please type in your question". So here is how it went... Me:Can the gallery PLEASE come back? ---you are now speaking with Todd-- Todd: Well, we have no plans right now, but go give Lego Life a try!
OF COURSE. Just a crummy commercial. Me:The thing is, I tried Lego life. But It's really slow and you can only type with emoji! Todd: Well, I still think you should try Lego life. But what did you like most about the gallery? Me: I liked that you could communicate. I also liked there was a sort of community. Todd: It's great you're such a big fan! Me: And It's not only the gallery. The LMBs got shut down because of it. And Lego club! Todd: I see. I will tell your comments to the comany, but I think you should at least give lego life a shot. Me:Okay, Todd! Bye! Well, that's the conversation. But for all I know, "Todd" could have been a robot. Comment your thoughts below, and btw this is the gallery chatroom, so you can talk about anything gallery! Bye!
I love this thread. I didn't know you where on the galleries.
Man, I miss the galleries...it was such a cool place with wonderful users and art... (._.)
I'm really happy to see fellow Gallerians here though! Nice to meet you, Fuzzy!
Hello! I was on the galleries until they closed (after the MB's closed, I migrated.) Yeah, I wish they would be smarter, and bring old stuff like that back.

Really? Me too! I stayed on the main gallery after the MBs closed and was there till the very end. I guess they combined these features into Lego Life, but it just isn't the same. Maybe one day they will return...

Cool! Same. It isn't even mildly close! I really hope so!

I also stayed until the end. Every day after school, I checked to see if it was still there. And then, one day, it was gone.

Yeah, it just disappeared without warning, I even typed in the URL and it redirected me back to the galleries list page. There were good times on there, though.

What was your username on there? It feels like near the end we kind of turned the gallery into the message boards at bit, don't you think?

Oh, I think by that time it was MasterEddie12. Yeah, it was definitely edging towards it, though it was a lot harder to communicate as it was just from like post to post instead of a specific forum.

Sounds familiar. Do you remember Grandson55? He was one of my best friends on there. I miss him pretty bad. Yes, and every time someone made a new post, the post you were chatting on got pushed further and further into the great abyss of inactive posts.

You might remember me for my signature? MasterEddie11 I don't think I ever met him but I do know he made the original GGA, (ofc, grandsons grand adventures) I kinda miss Pip too, as well as a few others like GollyMolly, she was like Cicadas sister or something? Yeah, there wasn't anymore quote chains of any sort, and I suppose Lego didnt really want that in the galleries.

Hmmm....I think I might. Yes, he's the creator. I loved GGA! I was in it since the beginning. (Literally I was in the first frame of the first episode) Aww yeah, Pip and GollyMolly. I do miss 'em.
