At least he didn't lost one of his nine lives. Unless there's a good trail nearby, there's not too much motivation. I grew up next to one, so my whole family learned pretty young.

I feel like it's just not in their best interest to ride without one, but I see your point. Yeah, it's always scary to be driving with motorcycles around. They're so little and easy to miss.
It's kind of like seatbelts. If they want to be stupid and ride without one, I don't feel like it's our responsibility to correct them. They're also speedy, which doesn't help matters.

I learned on our street. Parking lot doesn't sound bad, harder to run out of CONcrete. Hm, I love Tangled, but I never crushed on Rapunzel. I don't think I really have.
