It had such feels in Prince Caspian, that was one of the most emotional movie endings of all time for me.
Yeah it was good. ( I must have been lacking some emotion when I watched it though, since I don't remember it being that emotional. ) I honestly find the song fits pretty well with my own life in a way ( if that makes sense. ) , and since Zephyr is partly based on myself I figured it would be a good fit.
Character: Jadyn Smith, Song: Madness in Me, Song by Skillet ( full lyrics)
The madness in me The madness in me The madness in me The madness in me The madness in me Just once more is all it takes I tried so hard but all goes up in flames This is not the way that I thought I would turn out to be Tried to get but all that I got Was more insanity Broken everything that I touched Just gone against me I can’t get away From the fire that burns inside, consuming I fight to stand up but I can’t breathe The voices scream, the enemy takes over everything This is the madness in me Madness in me The madness in me Madness in me Madness in me Just one chance is all it takes Can’t change the past but I can fight to change today This is not the way that I thought I would turn out to be Tried to get but all that I got Was more insanity Broken everything that I touched Just gone against me Got to get away From the fire that burns inside, consuming I fight to stand up but I can’t breathe The voices scream, the enemy takes over everything This is the madness in me Madness in me The madness in me Madness in me Just one spark it’s all it takes From the fire that burns inside, consuming I fight to stand up but I can’t breathe The voices scream, the enemy takes over everything This is the madness in me From the fire that burns inside, consuming I fight to stand up but I can’t breathe The voices scream, the enemy takes over everything This is the madness in me The madness in me This is the madness in me The madness in me
This makes me want to read so much more of Gravitation. Like, really badly. O.O

I'm not the only one!! I have such an emotional attachment to that song, even long before I got into the Chronicles of Narnia fandom. Even when I was quite little, I connected the lyrics and spirit of "The Call" to my own lifestyle and history. It has special meaning to me, so it's pretty awesome to realize someone else loves this song.
Character: Alpha Adolphus Song: Villain I'm Not, by Three Days Grace ( full lyrics)
Go on, take it out, take it out on me 'Cause you know I'm the only one who knows what you need You want me to be guilty To be the one who's wrong So easy to blame me It's been that way for so long Go on, go on and hurt the one that you love Go on and make me the one that you wanna hate If it makes you feel better Go on, go on and give me the best that you've got Go on and make me the villain I'm not If it makes you feel better I know no one's ever been there for you And I know that you think I'm only gonna hurt you too So you accuse me that I'm guilty Like you want it all to go wrong It's so easy to blame me It's been that way for so long Go on, go on and hurt the one that you love Go on and make me the one that you wanna hate If it makes you feel better Go on, go on and give me the best that you've got Go on and make me the villain I'm not If it makes you feel better I take the blame for you Carry the weight for you Tell me would you do the same for me? (I don't think so) Go on, go on and give me the best that you've got Go on and make me the villain I'm not If it makes you feel better Go on, go on and give me the best that you've got Go on and make me the villain I'm not If it makes you feel better I take the blame for you Carry the weight for you Tell me would you do the same for me? I'm pulling up at least half the songs mentioned here to listen to them.
I didn't think I could fall any more in love with Gravitation. . . I was wrong. . .
I imagine this would be a lullaby Zephyr's mother would sing to her during a storm when she was a small child. Characters: Zephyr and her mother Grace. Song: Lullabye for a Stormy Night, Song by Vienna Teng
Little child, be not afraid Though rain pounds harshly against the glass Like an unwanted stranger, there is no danger I am here tonight. . .
no I'm not crying i'm just sweating through my eyes
OK, I've officially heard all of these songs now, and-- somehow, hearing the music and lyrics the writers of the fan-fictions were inspired by gives me. . . a greater appreciation, you could say, for the stories shared here on this forum. Appreciation and hunger to find out more about these characters, of course.
It's funny -- though, perhaps not so funny as we make it out to be -- how music can translate to everyone the meaning of the creator and the people inspired by it. I think it gives us a better understanding of one another, too, at least in terms of what messages we connect to and some of the things that inspire us.
I may be rambling on like this just because it's night and I'm very tired, but. . . Brick, this is a good topic. Well done, @electricsunset1217 .

I have to hold back tears every time I watch that movie.

I can't explain how happy that makes me!!! Good, because I plan to post and write more parts and chapters in the upcoming days and weeks.

You like it too! I only recently discovered it really since my brother recommend I listen to it. It just makes me feel at peace about what's happened in past and what's happening right now, and also giving me a sort of hope for the future.

I plan to post a lot more, but I can't post them yet because they're related to events that haven't happened in Gravitation yet.
Really really really glad you like it so far! ( And wow, you don't even know what I know yet. Better get writing so you can find out! )

You're right! I'll have to check out the songs I don't know.
