Welcome to the FAC!
In order to keep OP or unrealistic creations at a minimum, it was decided to create this FAC. Most creations would have to be submitted to the FAC before use in roleplay situations. See the rules below for exceptions.
Rules for Submitting Creations*
1: Any vehicle that is created or receives a significant upgrade must be submitted to the FAC to be moderated.
2: Small inventions such as a new gun, sword, or other creations that have little to no game changing properties will be allowed to be created without approval from the FAC
3: In order to receive approval from the FAC the invention MUST receive 5 or more out of 9 votes from FAC council members. If Council members are inactive at the time of invention submission then the invention MUST receive 4 minimum FAC votes from council members regardless of how many members are still active. If there are not enough council members active then the RP members will vote for temporary council members until the originals return.
4: Council Members will serve 3 month terms each. After 3 months are over the RP will vote on 9 new council members. Members of council can be reelected continuously.
5: If an invention is submitted to the committee and the term ends while the creation is in moderation the council members that received the invention will continue moderating the invention after they have left office.
6: Inventions if rejected MUST wait 1 month before being resubmitted to the committee. during that time it is suggested that the submittee revisits and revises the invention to make it fair.
7: You may challenge the validity of someone's actions, but only if you are unable to come to an agreement on your own.
