*They are shot down before they reach the portal and are sent crashing.* IC: *The Iron Vulture's armor tanks most of the hits, and the cannons shoot down a large percentage of the rest. The shots that do hit leave it smoking though as it goes through the portal.* *The fleet avoids pursuing them.*
