Lord Arion nods briefly, putting down his drink and taking the letter. "Thank you."
Arion carefully examines the letter before opening it.
OOC: @animalhelper123 Winn the Great What does the letter say?
IC: The letter is well written, but looks to be written fairly quickly. On the front is a large red seal with the clear imprint of a tree. It reads: "To the Lord of the Dragon Castle. I, Harfor, leader of the Forsest Band, have a request. Many years ago, there was a war you may know as the War of the Stags. It ended with the treaty of Kasp, which in part ensured the departure of the southern Kingdoms from the Great Forest. However now your men hold the castle in the Pine Forest, part of the Great Forest. The group that once enforced this treaty is gone but a number of them have joined my own. They are upset. However, we wish to solve it peacefully. Please order your men out of the forest. We will ensure your men are safe and well fed on their journey home and I would assume you could use a few more men back at the castle. Sincerely, your friend, Harfor."
Lord Amvion scans the letter, then says to Jeorge, "How many men do we have in the Pine Forest?"

Jeorge looks a little startled to be addressed by Lord Amvion. "In the Pine Forest, my lord?" He thinks for a moment. "Twenty-five, or thereabouts. My lord."

Arion contemplates the letter and Jeorge's words for several minutes. "And how many here?"

The three men stand rather uncomfortably outside trying to hear what's going on. (To be clear, they aren't like up against a door or wall. They just sat and listened when it was quiet enough around them)
