So, a couple years ago, long before the first promotional material for Fallen Kingdom, I posted this theory on the old Board about Henry Wu secretly being an evil mastermind trying to control dinosaurs for his own benefit. The original thread detailed how I initially came to this idea, and I later made a second topic with a more in-depth version of the theory. Here's the first post of the first topic:

Hey everyone! I watched Jurassic Park yesterday and I noticed something that just doesn't really add up when you look at the series as a whole. Everyone knows the T-Rex from Jurassic World is the same as the T-Rex from the original Jurassic Park. But yesterday I noticed something not very obvious that changes the whole story.....
Does anyone remember in the original movie when Robert Muldoon suggests that they put the lysine deficiency into effect? The explanation is that the dinosaurs were engineered so that they couldn't produce the amino acid lysine, which they needed to survive. Unless the dinos were provided with lysine by the Jurassic Park staff, they would slip into a coma and die.
But wait! At the end of Jurassic Park, the island is deserted until twelve years later, InGen starts Jurassic World there. So how did Rexy survive on Isla Nublar for twelve years without being provided with lysine!?!? Unless the whole deficiency didn't exist in the first place.....
What if Dr. Henry Wu specifically engineered the dinosaurs so they could produce their own lysine, and then lied to John Hammond and everyone else? What if he wanted the dinos to get out and still be able to survive? What if he was working with Nedry? What if he had his own plans? Who knows?
Also, I don't really remember seeing any eggs in the lab besides raptor eggs. Do you think maybe they were breeding too many of those on purpose?

More on the Evil Wu theory:
It's hard to believe that all the workers in the labs are in on Dr. Wu's plan. I mean, one of them would have told Hammond, right? I think Dr. Wu might have been working a little more secretly.....
Maybe it was only some of the dinosaurs, namely, the most dangerous ones, (like Rexy), who didn't get the lysine deficiency. The raptors probably wouldn't have had them, either, but then, why were none of the raptors from Jurassic Park in Jurassic World? I mean, Rexy only smashed two of them. Maybe raptors' lifespans are shorter than twenty years, and so they weren't in the movie? What do you guys think?
Also, in Jurassic World, Simon Masrani tells Dr. Wu, "Hammond won't be here to protect you this time." This implies that after Jurassic Park failed, John Hammond let Wu stick around so he could help him find a new job or something. So, maybe Wu was somehow behind the events of The Lost World as well!!!

Here's the beginning of the in-depth version from my second topic:
That theory was the beginning of my "ULTIMATE Jurassic Park fan theory.”
The only thing missing from my theory about Dr. Wu was, well, the reason why Dr. Wu would want to do any of that stuff. But, now, I've got it all figured out. Let's look at the whole story of the Jurassic Park franchise, assuming that the Evil Wu theory is true.......
In 1993, Alan Grant, Ellie Sattler, and Ian Malcolm were invited to a "biological reserve" on Isla Nublar. We all know what happened. The dinos got out. Smashed a few people. Everyone else escaped on a helicopter. An entire park full of dinosaurs created by Dr. Henry Wu had failed. Things didn't look good for Wu. He was definitely in a bad position as far as his career went. But John Hammond let Dr. Wu stick around and keep working for InGen. We know that because in Jurassic World, Simon Masrani implies that Hammond was "there to protect" Wu after the first park failed. And because, well, Wu was working at Jurassic World. He obviously kept working for InGen. And that was exactly what he wanted. Because he was going to make sure that his work with dinosaurs was far from over. His plan was only beginning......

In 1997, John Hammond told Ian Malcolm about Isla Sorna, or "Site B." There the dinosaurs had been born and raised before being moved to Nublar and put into the exhibits. The only dinos being born on Isla Nublar were raptors, which is why they are the only species whose eggs are in the lab in the first movie. Hammond wanted Malcolm to lead a team that would document the dinosaur life on Isla Sorna. Hammond's nephew, Peter Ludlow, who was now in charge of InGen, was planning to move the dinosaurs to San Diego and open a theme park there. Since the dinos on Isla Sorna were living peacefully in their own prehistoric ecosystem, Hammond wanted to rally support against InGen's interference.
But Henry Wu wanted InGen to interfere. He was still working for InGen, and he had helped convince Ludlow to open "Jurassic Park San Diego." Dr. Wu knew that the dinos would eventually escape the park there, just like they had on Isla Nublar. But instead of being loose on an island, they would be loose in one of the biggest cities in the USA. They would terrorize the people, and the world would know the damage that dinosaurs were capable of.
Soon InGen arrived on the island, not long after Hammond's team had landed there. They captured many dinos, but Hammond's team released them and they destroyed InGen's camp. Eventually, however, Ludlow succeeded in bringing one Tyrannosaurus off of the island. The ship carrying the T-Rex crashed in San Diego, and the dino got loose. The Rex did lots of damage. It smashed a few people and destroyed plenty of things before Ian Malcolm and Sarah Harding lured it back to the ship using its baby as bait.
It was only one dinosaur, instead of 50, and it was nothing close to the mass destruction Wu had in mind, but it was certainly enough. Dr. Wu, and millions of other people, now knew that dinosaurs could be very dangerous indeed. And if Wu could figure out a way to control them, then he would be the most powerful man on earth.

Henry Wu kept returning to Isla Sorna in secret over the next few years, experimenting with dino DNA and trying to figure out a way to control them. At the same time, he tried to find DNA for the most dangerous dinos he could. Finally, he found a mosquito with the DNA of a Spinosaurus.
The mystery of where the Spino came from was never solved in Jurassic Park ///. Billy Brennan said it wasn't on InGen's list of cloned dinosaurs, and no one sees one in The Lost World. To me, that made it clear that someone had been on Isla Sorna between the events of the 2nd and 3rd films, trying to make more dinos. The question was, who? And how? And why??? Those questions are what helped me concoct this theory. I realized that I had found the answer to why Dr. Wu would want the dinos to get out.
In 2001, a small group of people crash-landed on Isla Sorna, looking for a boy named Eric Kirby. While there's no evidence that Wu ever found out about this incident, it clearly proved that his dinosaurs were becoming more dangerous. During the expedition, Amanda Kirby accidentally released 3 Pteranodons. InGen had to hire Vic Hoskins to recapture them. (That's actually canon, it's not just part of the theory.)
When InGen opened a new theme park in 2005, called "Jurassic World," Henry Wu could quit his work in the shadows. By the time 10 years had gone by, he still hadn't done anything disastrous. He wanted time to gain Simon Masrani's trust, to expand the popularity of the park, and to do more research. Now, the park management was asking him to make a hybrid dinosaur. It was the perfect opportunity to test how far he'd come by making the ultimate killing machine.

When Hoskins found out that Dr. Wu was making a hybrid dino, he wanted him to experiment and try to make the ultimate killing machine. Unknown to him, Wu was already trying to do that. Eventually, Henry joined forces with Vic. Under the guise of trying to create a potential military weapon, they worked together to create an unstoppable monster of a dino. Hoskins provided ideas for what this hybrid should be able to do, and Wu found ways to program the DNA so it could do them. The two kept working together in secret for months, until finally, Henry Wu created the Indominus Rex, or "untamable king."
Eventually, the monster escaped, just as Wu had planned. It wreaked havoc and destroyed the park, until it was finally smashed by the park's Mosasaurus. Dr. Wu had finally achieved his goal of making the most fierce, destructive monster of a dinosaur ever. But the creature was entirely beyond his control.
During the destruction that the monster unleashed, Dr. Wu was forced to flee the island. He brought his embryos and equipment with him, and he is now working in secret to find the final piece of his dream dino's DNA. He is trying to find a way to control them. Once he has the ability to do that, he can create an unstoppable army of evil hybrid dinosaurs, Indominus Rexes, or perhaps something even worse. Then no one will be able to stand in his way, and he will be able to get whatever he wants, including, most likely, world domination.
So that's my theory, as it stood in 2016. Now I have some things to add....

Here's where the new stuff starts.
Alright, so I want to start off by saying that Film Theory recently reached the same CONclusion (that of Wu being an evil villain) by following a completely different train of logic! That right there almost doubles the validity of this theory. We both made it to the assumption that Henry Wu is evil using different evidence.
Next, I want to point out one part of my theory that has already been CONfirmed, that of Wu returning to Isla Sorna and CONtinuing to experiment after everything was shut down, creating new species such as the Spinosaurus. On the website for the DPG (Dinosaur Protection Group), a promotional site for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom has this to say on the matter:
"Information surrounding the illegally bred species surfaced online during the 2015 inquiry via an anonymous hacker known as: JUR@55!_H@K3R, who published sensitive InGen documents. Key revelations included:
■ The new species were grown in secret on Isla Sorna (Site B) and experimented on over a period of nine months, starting just 100 days after the company was bought by Masrani Global.
■ Incubation was achieved covertly and quickly to evade attention; only a select few InGen members were involved, and their names have been removed from records. It is unclear whether Masrani Global’s CEO, the late Simon Masrani, was aware of the violation of law.
■ The research and growth of these animals were filed under “Early R&D for Jurassic Park’s second incarnation” and simultaneously “Amalgam Testing.”
■ The new species included: Ankylosaurus, Ceratosaurus, Corythosaurus, and Spinosaurus. All were abandoned on Site B, until the surviving animals were reportedly moved to Nublar to be housed as future attractions at Jurassic World.
■ A number of these new animals had originally been reported by the survivors of the plane crash on Isla Sorna during the summer of 2001, but the information was quickly buried by “bribed officials.” "
There's a lot more canon info on it if you want to take a look for yourself. I highly recommend you read all their "Reports" if you really want to nerd out over Jurassicness. Anyway, this post is getting full so I'll continue in the next one.

Alright, so... now for the implications of Fallen Kingdom on all this...
Remember at the end of my theory where I said the one last secret ingredient that Henry Wu needed in order to pave his way for CONquest was the ability to CONtrol dinos? Well, there's a little bit, actually A LOT, of stuff we see in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, that really scares me in this CONtext.
First of all, there's the fact that WE LITERALLY SEE THAT HE HAS GAINED THIS ABILITY!!!!!! The evil auction dudes show us that the Indoraptor has been trained to respond to those laser thingys, proving that Wu can now control dinosaurs to a significant extent!
Second, there's the fact that DINOSAURS HAVE BEEN SET LOOSE ON AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!! And let's not forget that we have also seen dinosaurs being sold to foreign governments, which means they're being taken further away than just America!
All the pieces are now in place for Henry Wu to make his final move and unleash a controlled chaos on the globe, and if that's not a terrifying development in this franchise, I don't know what is...
