Nurn and Gorogoroth are both large plain regions, and so if they break through the initial defense they don't need to fight every region. Actually, you might want 1,000 in Nurn, but no more. I forgot that the pass to Gorogoroth from Nurn is a strategic point, although that might be in the Gorgoroth area, I forget. But yeah, our best defense is the Two Vales.
