Mushu stalks the herd for about 30 seconds before he loses patience and flat-out charges. He gets no reaction, because he's merely a ripple in the grass, until he jumps on the back of one of them. "YEE-HA, HORN-HEAD!"
*bursting out laughing, he slaps his knees and eventually laughs so hard that he falls backwards off the branch and disappears into the tree*
*appears back on the branch, sitting bolt upright. A look of shocked horror flashes to his face, though it is still underlain with some amount of amusement* AAH, great stars! Young dragon, you'd best get out of 'dere very quickly!

Mushu remains relatively safe clinging to the horns of one of the beasts. "Yeah, and how do you suggest I do that, grandpa monkey?"

*watches curiously, his eyes darting back and forth with the movement of the gazelles* How should I know? *laughs, shaking his head* You've spooked the herd, joka yangu nyekundu! That is not something we recommend doing around 'ere!

"Yeah, well, I'm not from around here." Mushu yells back. A cliff looms on the horizon, with the herd heading straight for it. "Oh, that's not good."

*a spark of concern slightly but noticeably flashes into his eyes. He scurries out of the tree via a long, twisting branch, and lopes across a short stretch of grassland before climbing effortlessly into a sycamore fig and disappearing. For a moment it seems as though he has gotten lost in the tree, but as the herd of gazelle thunders dangerously close toward the cliff, a flying shape suddenly zooms past on a vine and snatches Mushu off the back of a gazelle. Having safely retrieved the small dragon, Rafiki alights on the branch of a nearby tree and sets him down before sitting back on his haunches with an amused smile.*

Ah, 'dere we go. Are you all right, young one?
"Yo, that was a intense." Mushu watches as the gazelle mindlessly start running down the side of the cliff. "Them ain't too bright, are they?"

*gazes after the herd, scratching his cheek thoughtfully.* Ah, their ways are different, it is true. They 'ave a strong sense of unity in their herds -- a quality that might normally be admirable, but with them being so easily spooked it does not always end well.
That would be great, sure. It has been a while. *yawns and flexes her paws as she sprawls onto the warm, sun-washed rock.*
*spends some time beside Nala on the sun-baked rocks sprawled out on the warm stone, occasionally purring and flicking her tail contentedly*
*is not aware of the commotion being caused by Mushu at gazelle herd*
*lifts her head slightly at the faint rumble in the ground, wondering what's going on. Squints into the sun with half-lidded eyes for a moment before shrugging and lying her head back on her paws.*
