IC: Lance comes up to Corona, unawares that his friend Fynn Rider was there days before. "What the..?" Lance scans the town, taking in the strange lizard's alterations, and then the battle taking place. "Okay, I'm just gonna wake up now." Lance said, hypnotised by the strange sight. But after pinching himself a few times he realises with a shock that this was real. He looks about warily before diving into a bush to hide.
*Several Red Guard members drop on them from above via Tron chutes, and brandish batons, creating glowing red-orange swords with them, standing in fighting poses.*
All the while Lance peers out from the bush, hoping he won't be seen.
*Light jets cut down many of Bowser’s troops, leaving the Red Guard to finish the job. The portal continues to spit out ships en masse, continuously swarming the airships, aided by cannons on the Rectifier itself. King Boo is promptly derezzed by several light grenades, leaving the Red Guard with still many in numbers, with more landing constantly.*
*Rinzler sees the tornado forming and uses his baton to create a Light jet, avoiding the tornado, and proceeds to fire upon the castle and Bowser’s position. While the tornado reduces the numbers, several new ships land constantly and keep on top of it.*

*A sudden addition comes with the rainbow wave. Suddenly, every single weapon being used by enemy forces becomes a worthless sandal. Now that the enemy forces have no firepower, no swords, and no discs, Bowser's forces overrun them in every field. The Red Guard is effortlessly crushed by Bowser's Minions, and the Airships and UFO swiftly take down the remaining air forces, save the Rectifier, which is now under attack. King Boo dodges the grenades before they became sandals with his warping powers, and begins channeling power for something... The magic wave is now being planted in front of the portal, so that all fresh fighters are instantly deemed worthless and defeated. Rinzler is shot down by the UFO, dealing intense damage to him.*

*A few code adjustments fix this bug, and also make them immune to the magic. They repel Bowser’s forces with ease, and take advantage of the enemy’s confusion to crush their air forces, and King Boo is blown to bits by light grenades combined with several machine guns. The new fighters continue through the portal unabated. Rinzler’s light jet is derezzed, but he catches the baton in mid-air and rezzes a new one in mid-air, dodging the blasts from the UFO while continuing.*

There is only one way to reverse the sandals, and that is too take down the source with sandals. Naturally, this is easier said than done. Bowser's forces continue to take down the Red Guard and other forces as they exit the portal, and the Rectifier is now in critical condition, due to it having no way to fight back. Rinzler crashes down to the ground, dealing more damage, and possibly KOing him. With no attacks made, King Boo finishes his work, and fires an incredible blast on the Rectifier, causing many parts of it to blast clean off.*

*Seeing as he can't win right now, Bowser calls a retreat. Every remaining soldier storms the portal, with their combined strength being enough to get through the emerging horde and escape. King Boo teleports for the retreat, allowing him to escape. All personal in the castle escape, such as Bowser, Bowser Jr., Kamek, all Dry Forces, Bob-omb Squad, etc. Petey Piranha's flight ability allows him to escape the Red Guard as well, and he exits safely. The UFO and a few Airships make it out. Many Bullet Bill cannons are shipped out. Gooper Blooper escapes into the sea, and somehow gets through the portal. Several basic minions escape as well. A note is left on the door of the castle saying, "We're not done yet."*
OOC: Now that I know this is an arc, I doubt I'm winning this fight, but I'm not allowing Bowser and his bunch to sit idly during this arc. This arc is about to get fun. (P.S. That was a fun fight. I look forward to the final battle.)

*Forces continue to pour through the portal, taking down the occasional ship. They secure the castle and surrounding area. Then they turn to the main city. With Daft Punk - Castor playing in the background, several Recognisers approach the city, with several soldiers on Light jets (including Rinzler) supporting them.*
