I can see posts that are in quarantine, but I can't see what they say. I can give them likes though.
Likes don't affect anything other than saying that you appreciated the content of a post, and I can't control that except to turn the likes system off. It's a weird glitch, but it's all I can do for now.

As an admin of the other board that has limited CSS and HTML experience: There are themes and extensions that Proboards supports; IDK what language extensions are written in, but it's definitely possible to change the look of the site with CSS. You're probably significantly more experienced then I am so you can probably figure out how the darn thing actually works; I was unable to
