It's been very inconsistent. I've seen many references to here and the wiki get approved, but I've also heard of many being rejected.
I've seen here named at least twice, and I managed to mention Gen 1 RP once, though not by name.
The whole thing is inconsinstent, though. They're allowing people to say we need to 'FACE the BOOK', and several people have managed to put FB names in sigs. I mean, that site is a lot less secure than this one, because it doesn't have moderation. They've allowed mentions to it, Gen1RP and here to get through in some places, but the Mods seem to have cracked down on it, as all my posts get rejected.
When this all began, a lot of people talked about the TTV Message Boards. Now any time I try to name them directly, the post gets rejected.

Hah. Ever experienced one moment when it was sunny, and the next it looked like a storm could blow away your house?
It isn't common, but I've seen it once or twice.
