Yup! The first kid of the family to fly the nest. It was an emotional experience, and it happened so suddenly... The move itself went smoother than peanut butter. There wasn't much to move, but where she moved to is over an hour away so it took out the best part of the day. She rents a pretty darn nice room in a flat not far from where she works.

Yeah.. even now it still feels weird. There's a noticeable loss in the air now, but she doesn't live too far away and she comes to visit often, and I hope me and my siblings get to visit her too. So far we haven't, but we do plan on it. Her new job has her very busy, and if she's not tied up with that then there's mass on sunday, or something she has to do with her flatmates.
So my bro and I have our own versions for most fandoms but here's an excerpt from one. Drunkle Qrow is Batman's half brother. It makes so much sense imo. I mean now we know that the reason Batman has an affinity for small frail midwestern birds, even though he's a BAT. It's because they remind him of his half siblings. Also Qrow has a similar gravely voice to Batman and black hair. Idky but I love the idea of all the interactions that could take place. Yes I'm okay with my level of geekiness. I've done that too. Except I was parked so it just looked like I was a weirdo revving the engine...I'm glad I'm not the only one. XP How fast did you go!? O.o Yea it's pretty crazy on the interstates sometimes... Well my dad had me do it once but only on grass with no curbs or cars or anything. He said something about curving the car around the front car's bumper...does that sounds right? Oof, I sure hope it's done for for a while.

At least it's just that. XP I dunno, I just violently swung the car around when reversing out of the driveway. I can't imagine what American highways are like compared to our little 2-3 lane ones. Ah, cool. Did you have traffic cones or was it just to get the feel of the motion? Yeah, that's right. Though my Mum gave me some more detailed tips to be in line right next to the car, slowly reverse and then start turning when you're halfway down the vehicle, and then turn in hard a ways more, then same again the other way. Did that make sense.
Knock yourself out. If I did that, I can guarantee I'd do much worse to myself.

Uh I have no idea...I haven't looked into it. I have the feeling the length is affected by the personality of the person but I would say that a month with absolutely no contact of any kind is a tipping point. A month should be a good study starting place at least.
