Tolfalas is a small island at the mouth of the Anduin. It is only accessible by sea (obviouslyJoking) It borders Dol Amroth, Lebennin and Harondor although ships are required to reach it. It also can be reached from the bay of Belfalas.
As usual this provides 1000 MWE for the HQ that claims it.

"Behold! This stands for the power and might of Umbar! It will never fall!!!"

Not that I don't want you to have the region, but I think you're a bit premature on the ships arrival. Given the guide I laid out at the Bay of Belfalas topic, I'd say probably one more day before you reach here. Umbar to Haradwaith yesterday, Haradwaith to Harondar today, then this topic tomorrow. Not that that was your exact route, but I'd say give it one more day.

Ok, I was debating wither to move or not. I did because I didn't know how far Dol Amroth has to come and I wanted to play it safe. If they only have to go two days, thats not realy fair if I have to go an extra day.
Null the above move. It happens today, as of this post.

In otherwords no progress happens today.
Does that work EE?
If I may post my opinion, your forces should be arriving here tomorrow. Your ships left Umbar two days ago, which means they passed the Haradwaith yesterday and Harondor today.
Tolfalas is basically the doorstep to Dol Amroth. By sea, it's only a region away. My forces left Dol Amroth yesterday on a one day journey, so they arrive today. Yours left two days ago on a three day journey, so they arrive tomorrow.

That sounds fine. However, see my post below, responding to Shamrock.

Tbh, this is kind of a weird gray area, that's never been discussed much. There's always been two ways to express travel time:
The first way is to post leaving and then arrival in the same day. For example, say I have 5k troops in Haradwaith. On day 1, I make 2 posts: one saying they leave Haradwaith, the other saying that they enter the Fords of Harnen, and take x actions there. On day 2, I again make two posts: one saying they leave the Fords of Harnen, the other saying that they arrive at Harondar, and take x actions. This repeats for as long as I travel.
The second way is to post arrival and then leaving in the same day. Using the previous example, on day 1, I make a single post stating that I leave Haradwaith. On day 2, I make a post saying that I arrive at the Fords of Harnen, take x actions, and then leave. On day 3, I state my arrival at Harondar, take x actions, then leave.
Both methods have always been acceptable, since both uphold the "One region per day" principle. Generally, it usually doesn't matter which one you use, since they both go at the same rate. However, as you've probably noticed, the first method puts you ahead by a day at the start, which is why I always use it. That's also what 8L did here: On day 1, he left Umbar, and entered Haradwaith. Day 2, he left Haradwaith, and entered Harondar. Day 3 (today), he left Harondar, and arrived at Tolfalas. So yes, he did leave Umbar 2 days ago on a 3 day journey, but they do arrive today. Make sense?
Ofc, we could compromise, and say you both arrive here at the same time. But it doesn't make a huge difference; while he has technically claimed the region, he's barely generated any troops, and has only just started on the fortress.

I still want my troops that I have generated. its only 250 worth and I can't generate now that he is here.

That's fine, you were here first. So you have 250 extra MWE and 10% of a fortress.
