The second one does include that part of history, but that's just one part of the story. It'll hopefully be an epic longish story.

Well of course, most of the users I know are in it and many more can be included. Who do you want to make an appearance? I can only include whoever that is as long as that follows the rules, is not a Bionicle, and isn't and impossible task.

(Part Two)
RuleJJ stared at me for a while longer before accepting my apology. Everyone sat in silence for a while, then Boomer finally spoke. “What happened to you?” Boomer asked, indicating to RuleJJ’s tattered clothes. RuleJJ sighed and said “It’s a long story, but hopefully those dastardly Mods are smashed.”
Boomer looked shocked. “You just insulted the officials!”
RuleJJ just leaned back in the chair and closed his eyes.
“As hard as this may be to understand, there are evil Mods around.” I said, and started explaining everything that happened.
After a while, Boomer sighed. “I guess I’m now officially dragged into this.”
“Yes, you are.” I said thoughtfully.
“Thanks.”
“Your welCON.” There was complete silence, except for the talking in the background. The door slammed open, and three Mods entered the room. Demion’s henchman, BoringHamster, and BlackCrocodile. Everyone in the Sombrero Club crowded around the trio, curious to know why they were there.
Demion’s henchman started to speak. “Alright users!” He shouted. Everyone jumped back.
“My name is Jones. You have probably heard of me once or twice before.” Jones looked expectantly at the users before him. They started looking at each other, shrugging. Everyone started asking each other ‘Have you heard of him?’ or ‘Who’s that guy?’ Jones glared at them. Everyone took a step back, avoided eye contact and fell silent. Satisfied, Jones continued. “Now, there are a few loose ends we’re here to tie up. We are looking for three users who are fugitives. Legoagentfigure, TheGreatCon, and RuleJJ.” Everyone gasped.

We need a shrug emotiCON.
Basically he had the black apallo jacket, with blue "armored pants" Brown hair and shades. Mine for a while was ultra similar except I had eyes. Also if not NO he has a gauntlet sort of like green painter's ring.

Okay. I'll see if I can find a place for him. I just realised my story is crammed with people. I'll probably have to extend it a bit. But with this sorta thing, something always goes wrong so I can't guarantee anything.

(Part Three)
“Well? Where are they?” Jones growled, waving his dark ban hammer threateningly.
Everyone nervously pointed at us. Boomer slid his seat further away from us. “Thanks Boomer.” I said. “Welp! Time to go!” Con said, standing up and walking away. Jones threw his dark ban hammer at Con. Con ducked. The hammer smashed right through the brick wall, just above Con. “What’re ya tryin to do, smash me?!” Con shouted.
Everyone looked with shocked expressions at Jones.
Jones pointed his right index finger at everyone. “Don’t interfere.” He snarled. Everyone took a step forward, obviously angry. “Get him! He doesn’t have a weapon!” I shouted and rose from my chair. Jones grinned and yanked a larger dark ban hammer out of his coat. “Sorry, but I have a bigger one.” He said. Everyone’s anger faded into nervousness. Everyone took a step back when Jones brandished the ban hammer, his grin widening. “Now, BoringHamster, BlackCrocodile, please seize the fugitives.” Jones said.

Chapter Five ~ Battle at the Sombrero Club
BoringHamster and BlackCrocodile approached us. I glanced at the crowd. Even though they were scared, they also were angry. I saw some of my friends – Sweets, Enderman, Z-Whales, Brian and some numbers I forgot. Ash3D was there, as well as WaffleBoy8008. They were whispering to each other. Soon, everyone was talking. Jones shot a glaring glare at them. But no one noticed. Jones nervously bit his lip and wiped sweat off his brow. “Get them!” Jones wailed impatiently. BoringHamster grabbed Con. The moment he did, everyone rushed forth. A dozen users attacked Jones while others helped Con, RuleJJ and I. I whipped out my TMDG and struck BlackCrocodile on his head with the butt of the gun. BlackCrocodile stumbled away. Sweets, Boomer and Waffles followed up. “Get back! You - !” Jones knocked back several users with his dark ban hammer. Before I could scream no, Enderman and Ash and other users disappeared with a flash. I watched as shadowy figures appeared in their place. They looked just like the other evil Mods – dull.
I fired five darts at BoringHamster, who had managed to fend off Carpp, a new member of the Sombrero Club and a handful of other users (no one probably remembers him ). “Retreat!” Jones said. BlackCrocodile nodded, knocked down a few users, grabbed BoringHamster and dragged him away. The now evil Enderman and Ash helped defend BlackCrocodile and BoringHamster while they escaped. I saw Con defeat Ash, then thrust his sword at Enderman, then dodged other attacks. Enderman dodged the attack and knocked Con down by using his Sombrero as a weapon. I pulled the trigger to my TMDG. With a string of loud shots, my gun shot tranquilizer darts at a blinding speed towards the now evil users. I hit each of them with several darts to make sure they were knocked out, then looked towards the position where I had last seen Jones. Jones and the other evil Mods had escaped.
Sort of an empty chapter that's vaguely lame in my opinion, but oh well.
