We're no strangers to love. You know the rules and so do I. A full commitment's what I'm thinkin' of. You wouldn't get this from any other guy. I just want to tell you how I'm feelin'. Gotta make you understand. Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down, never gonna run around and desert you. Never gonna make you cry, never gonna say goodbye, never gonna tell a lie and hurt you. We've known each other for so long. Your heart's been achin' but you're too shy to say it. Inside we both know what's been goin' on. We know the game and we're gonna play it. And if you ask me how I'm feelin', don't tell me you're too blind to see. Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down, never gonna run around and desert you. Never gonna make you cry, never gonna say goodbye, never gonna tell a lie and hurt you. TheGreatCon That was the whole point. I meant to put it in Jammers but it didn't work. Now you've ruined my prank.
Hmm, "The Algorithm" released a new album earlier this month. It's titled "Compiler Optimization Techniques". It's hard to put down into a genre of music, but it's something like metal/djent liquidized with computer music. I hope you all enjoy it.
What is computer music? Most modern music is created using a DAW I believe. But I have heard it (a sample) and sounds very similar to metal with computer sounds.... It sounds like something that would be in certain games but idk.

Most electronic music today is created using A DAW. Personally, I really enjoy a variety of music using "analog" instrumentals and/or technology. Computer music is a genre that I haven't explored much, but it's often 90's analog inspired music made by... well... nerds. :P It's sort of like 8-bit/chiptune but 90's rather than 80's. I've always like a good taste of "techno" music, but haven't found much for years. I think that this "computer music" and similar "hard" genres can really be enjoyable. Personally, what made me interested was a old GameBoy Game called "Iridion II", which has an amazing soundtrack.

I have heard other types of music which uses a DAW too. (Hip Hop/Chill etc). These DAWs are mainly FL Studio, Logic Pro X and maybe Pro Tools for the bigger stuff like movie/tv show soundtracks. I have heard 70's/80's music in modern form which I think is called RetroWave/Synthwave. It sounds pretty cool actually and I believe there is a Playlist called Retrowave/Outrun on spotify.

Actually, I've tried with rather great effort to "get into" one of the many "Synthwave" genres, and have only come close with "darkwave", but it tends to be too dark for my taste. I'd rather have complex melodies and satisfying climaxes rather than what most "hardstyle" synthwave genres turn into, that is, "Slasherwave". Really, I'm a fan of Classical and Ambient music, but sometimes I'll enjoy a good thirty minutes of more aggressive music if I find it's tone and structure interesting enough.

I haven't listened to synthwave much actually. But I have listened to the music on some gaming youtube videos which follow the same genre/style of music. It is really interesting too actually, a 70's/80's vibe with modern twist.
