My post had gone on fire again, and people were searching for a way to disclaim this jump in XP as mere luck or something. I didn’t know what to call it, besides downright stubbornness.
I eventually just gave up on the Steakhouse, and shoved the orders off on the staff to handle. I think a good part of the crowd departed with me, so it shouldn’t have been too bad.
I headed for the new weekly challenge. Expectations were high. People were expecting another big performance out of a user who had gone from being CONsidered over-cocky with the username “TheGreatCon” to accepting that as an apt title. It was just supposed to be a pun off the khans of China, but nobody ever got that.
It was some sort of guitar hero thing.
I may be many things, but musical is not one. I took a quick video of me butchering “fur elise” and gave up on the challenge for the week.

I had been considering the potential of a backflip. Imagine this, the game’s standard controls for keyboard and the likes are in no way equipped to do more than a regular jump, forget the defying-physics double-jump even. While immersion rig gamers did have some ups on that, not a single one could do a backflip for two good reasons. One, the rigs would get all tangled up. Two, the actual gamers would have to be able to do a backflip.
I, on the other hand, suffered none of the above restrictions. So I set forth to become the first ever flipper on-game.
Forget dogs, YouTube is man’s best friend, and I fell onto his shoulder as I tried to learn how to do a back flip in the hopes of teaching my little LEGO man the trick. To say the least, I felt sore just watching the videos.
Actually when Texas joined the Union we reserved the right that if we ever wanted to split the state into five other states we could. We're also the only state that can legally fly our flag at the same height as the American flag.
You really are proud of your home state, aren't you?
I totally didn't see the XP cashing option coming. It's a really awesome story when I don't see something coming.
I didn't mean for that to be a big revelation at all, that's just where the part stopped for the day.
It was still a thing in the story that I didn't see coming. Actually your story is proving to be quite unpredictable in certain ways, it's very enjoyable.
