Honorable users of LMBE,
Oftentimes, we fear change. Change can be dark, scary, unpredictable. What many fail to realize, however, is that change can sometimes be good. How can we know what is best unless we explore the unknown? With that in mind, I would like to announce an amazing change coming to LMB Eternal.
For the past 15 months, you have all become used to the safe haven LMB Eternal has become for both former LMBers and LEGO fans. As some of you have seen, we have a new theme available for you called "Mega Bloks"... As the theme suggests, LMB Eternal will be making a transition to a Mega-Bloks oriented forum.
Firstly, you may be wondering why such a change was made. This change is something that has been heavily discussed among the LMB Eternal Staff for the last two months, but it was eventually decided that transitioning to becoming a Mega-Bloks forum will be beneficial to the site as a whole. With the closing of the LMBs and later most of the Galleries, the popularity of LEGO Communities has declined significantly as everybody switches to the Mega Bloks fandom.

Not only are LEGO's online Communities seeing a decline, but their sales are as well- according to their 2017 Annual Report, LEGO saw a 8% decline in profit. It is clear that LEGO is losing popularity. In order to keep this forum as active as possible, we have decided that appealing to the larger fandom- Mega Bloks builders (KFoMBs, TFoMBs, and AFoMBs) will make new users interested in the site and grow the community as a whole! Finally, we have decided to become a Mega Bloks forum in order to avoid stealing members from the amazing app known as LEGO Life.
Now that you know about the change and the reasons behind it, it's important that you're made aware of some details. On April 7th, 2018, LMB Eternal will be completely redesigned to create a focus on Mega Bloks similar to that of the preview theme. On April 14th, our LEGO forums will be replaced with Mega Bloks/Mega Brands forums such as Dr. Seuss, Sesame Street® and Barbie®.
