Unless I'm very much mistaken, yes. I checked shortly after the general Gallery went down, and I couldn't find it. Maybe they just removed the link to it for a while or something.
EDIT: Having had a more detailed look, old creations seem to no longer be present, and the comments section looks a little different.
EDIT 1.1: I've now discovered that all my old comments seem to be gone, and I can't go to my old creations, but on My Creations, I can see the images and stats on comments and likes on all my old creations, both ones from the Star Wars Galleries and the general galleries. However, the stats are not all correct, as creations I know were commented on are listed as having no comments. It's nice that the images are there, but a pity that there are incorrect stats and that the descriptions are gone.
