I'm an Industrial Engineer working in simulation for a material handling company. Basically we build the massive conveyor systems and robot and racks and stuff for like Amazon warehouses. Before we build them IRL, I build them on the computer and test them and optimize them.
All of you whippersnappers talking about the LMB's. I am from a time when the ranks were different! There were sherrifs, and legends, and journeyman ranks. Those were the original Lego message boards. Oh those were the days when Skullduggery and diglett were rising stars, and...and...
Yeah, it's really sad. . . There are a good number of people I miss chatting with. :/
So what else is going on? Are people active? How's life treating everyone that IS still here?
Yeah, a little more users are active now, though it's still not as lively as it once was. This autumn has been harsh on many of my friends here, it seems. Overwhelming school years, drama, bad mental health, changes in families... come to think of it, it's no wonder so many people have gone, because so many of them are going through hard times.
So what else is going on? Are people active? How's life treating everyone that IS still here?

I just found out there is a community on Lego Life! And some of them never even heard of the message boards! So after all that explaining to them I sure feel like an old timer. And I found IAMCATSHINE on there, it's been so long since I talked to her!

I still refuse to use it because it killed the MB's and just looks terrible and is nothing but a downgrade from the galleries smh
