Well, I've been looking at the calendar and have realized that on the 29th of March, it would have been my 10th anniversary of being on the LEGO Message Boards. I so wanted to join the 10+ club, me and my friends. *sigh* Still not the oldest here, that goes to EagleEyeDan. : P
You joined in '08? Next year is my 10th anniversary of joining the LMBs.
*At first I wanted to say "wow!", but then I realized that only means 2009, and mine only means 2008*
I remember when Anyone 4+ years was oooooold. And 10 years meant you were A pre-migration user. How times have changed.
I remember seeing the NXT stuff at the local toy stores, never was interested in them. I always liked making up stories about Mars Mission mostly. I used to play for hours just telling myself stories and "mining" crystals and fighting aliens and making new interesting bases. I guess I couldn't tell myself stories with NXT.
So, what are the last good/enjoyable books you've read? My last four are "The Great Gatsby", "The Fountainhead", "Gone with the Wind", and "The Heart is a Lonely Hunter".
I've heard that Battlebots is back and even watched a little on youtube.
I have a whole huuuuuge story I wrote about Mars Mission that ended up incorporating basically every LEGO theme ever into it! I started posting it on LMBE again but no-one was reading it so i stopped.
Sounds rather interesting! I didn't know you were posting it, I would have been reading it.
Remember Mcguillicuddy's Mars Mission Epic? I've tried finding it on internet archives, but haven't yet. Remember the MMNS? The one by Roddy15 with all the classic stories? JTCANNTA? (spelling?)

I had my 10-year anniversary in 2016 Going for 20 now XD
Phew, that's a high number to be aiming for. What makes you stay, after all these years, migrations, THIS place as a new home. Something must mean a lot to you to be the single oldest active user, no?
