Anybody get any deals on Black Friday? I got a $1,500 gaming desktop for $1,100! It's super nice, although I plan on making upgrades over time. I only play Runescape really which is a low specs game, so I don't really need to, but I think it's fun to upgrade it. It can definitely play any game thrown at it. I am using it for streaming though, which is fun. I also have a new 2 monitor setup and my bro is gonna give me his old mechanical keyboard and gaming mouse! The monitors are pretty old, have to get some video to DVI-D cables to use them, currently using a TV. I don't really care for the monitor quality right now though as RS is a very bad graphics game. I may get a nice one for the gaming side of my setup eventually though so I can play some other games:). Other upgrades I plan on doing are getting another RAM stick as it has 2 slots but only game with 1 16GB. Don't know if I will get 16GB or 8GB. The graphics card is great, but there are better ones, so I may upgrade that eventually once the prices drop AKA when they come out with even better ones. When I do that, I will also need to get a new power supply as the one it came with is only 470 watts. It's pretty much made to just run with what it came with. Besides that I will just have to wait and see what new tech comes out that I can add!

I was thinking about something recently. I don't know if anyone else feels the same way, but it seems to me like most of my friends from the LMBs are gone now. I'm not referring just to my friends from the Kingdoms RP and GM RPs in 2013-14, or from the Castle Forum and RP in 2015-16, but also to the friends I had in 2017, when the LMBs closed and we all moved here. Some of them didn't make the transition, but a lot did, and even those mostly seem to be gone now.
On a happier note, how awesome is the archive? I can't believe I never looked at it until yesterday. That may or may not have been what brought about this line of thinking.
I have lost so many friends since I joined it's really no different for me. Only thing is usually I gain new ones. Sadly nobody new seems to be joining this site:(.
I make new friends, too, as I move to new places and new people join. Yes, this site just doesn't have the publicity that the LMBs did.
