The "Touch" is basically a superpower, like super-speed, super-strength, telekinesis, etc. The in-game appearance can simply even be a change of hair/eye color or elf ears or something. It doesn't have to be that complex. The in-game nickname can be anything he'd take as a nickname. "Arrow" is fine for that.

Ah, I think I see now. . . Yeah, this guy doesn't have a superpower -- unless finding new ways to get into trouble can be considered super. He's based off a character of a different race, but to avoid possible confusion I'll just make him a human. As for his name, well, he says his name is Arrow because he doesn't like his real one. Name: Kazuno Yurimachi (Japanese order: Yurimachi Kazuno) Age: 14 Appearance: Average height and weight; neck-length, somewhat wavy, dark copper hair. Somewhat large, deep blue eyes. Light skin. Mainly Japanese with some Caucasian/European genes. Seems to favor colors like pink and blue. Personality: Very cheerful and excitable, more talkative than the other two, so she tends to be their spokesperson. Generally a somewhat shy/timid ambivert, friendly and easily made lonely, but uncomfortable around complete strangers and huge crowds. Though she doesn't want to fight, she will if she has to and has surprising skill. Like the canon character Jay, she is emotionally sensitive and easily hurt, but despite her fragility, means well and is a good addition to the team. Enjoys music, poetry, and art. Prone to panic if something goes wrong. In-game appearance: Though her body type is much the same, her hair is more of a pinkish red, In-game nickname: 「 kazuyuri 」(By the way, you don't have to put those quote things, I'm just doing them for stylistic purposes.) In-game race (if different): Fairy Quirks: Practically radiates whatever emotion she's feeling, somewhat clumsy but surprising in battle. Adorably awkward dancer, unless it's something coordinated like line dancing. Surprisingly skilled in English/Ninjagian despite her status as a foreigner, though she still has her slight accent and strangely put phrases. Element(s): Light, weak water/mist-related abilities Touch: Enlightenment, can transfer emotions/memories to teammates.
Edit: Since my incorporation of her bio, Kazuno is a talented dancer and uses those skills in combat. She is clumsy with almost everything else though.

Name: Canna Alstroemeria Age: 17 Appearance: She has long dark curly red hair, a part of her hair comes down next to her face and she seems always change her hairstyle except for the part by her face. She has dark skin and hazel eyes. She usually wears casual clothes, but it's not uncommon to see a cut up sock on her hand, the sleeves cut off her t shirt or something else unusual. Personality: Sparky, likes to joke around, sarcastic, friendly to most people. In-game appearance: has Bellatrix' s hair piece from Lego Harry Potter except it's dark red. Clothes as described above. Yellow skin? In-game nickname: Mostly called Canna, but her brother often calls her Can. In-game race (if different): Human Quirks: She likes to play video games ( usually with her brother) , paint ( she's tried painting anything and everything and has gotten in trouble for doing so before), she also likes to experiment with her clothes trying new ways to wear them that no one would usually try. She pals around with her twin brother, making jokes, playing video games with him, and sometimes even playfully teasing him. Element(s): None that she knows of. Touch: She has a knack for coding electronics.

Name: Chromis Alstroemeria Age: 17 Appearance: He has medium short red hair which is usually mostly covered by a baseball cap he hardly ever takes off. He has light colored skin with freckles and green eyes. Personality: Pretty quiet and keeps to himself when his sister isn't around, but when she is he's playful and will happily joke around. In-game appearance: Some red hair sticking out from underneath a baseball cap, clothes listed above. Yellow skin? With some freckles. In-game nickname: His family often call him Chrome for a nickname, although his real name is Chromis. In-game race (if different): Human Quirks: He likes playing video games very much, he loves fish ( his father's job is to study, breed, and care for fish, so he gets this passion from him. ) He likes to help his father with his work and can't seem to learn enough about fish and is constantly trying to learn more, he also enjoys baseball. Element(s): None that he knows off. Touch: He is a pro gamer and can figure a level out within minutes and complete it quicker then the average person. He also has a lot of knowledge on fish.
