So, is someone going to attack somebody, or am I we going to start a storyline?
I would be interested in challenging you to a series of war games--my SLDF has only faced outside forces once since the Reunification Wars, and that was just lately on Onderon; we need some practice.
*uploads some coordinates for a small, terrestrial moon orbiting an uninhabitable gas giant* Here's my proposal: we bring a division of our troops to this moon, and campaign for it using simulation-grade weapons--we won't really injure or damage each other, but our systems will behave as though they have (infantry wear exoskeletons that lock up to simulate being shot, mechs and tanks' systems shut down to simulate getting damaged, and fighters which are "shot down" make an automated, safe landing). The first one to secure the moon and/or force the other side to surrender wins. We each get some training in against a new opponent, and nobody gets hurt. Would you be interested?

(is this just for him) (and what IC caused the wars anyways) we will join in on this (would you like to ally, not for Onderon just as a alliance) *the 32nd and 33rd military legions warp to the cords*(they wear armor reflecting what our`s looks like just like what you said(not metagaming but they go through tests along this line)

OOC: Of course. Although, most of my troops don't wear exoskeletons. I'm thinking laser tag type, or even paintball. But this is of no interest. Let us go.
IC:
The UESM deploys it's First Battle Group to a small moon, leaving most of it's assets on the atmosphere and dropping the Second Field Army and it's troops. who are outfitted with simulation gear.

OOC: yeah, same basic concept
*a series of dropships, escorted by a flotilla of Warships, arrive in-system; their dropships detach and burn towards the moon, carrying the 331st Royal Battlemech Division, refit for the games and marked by the symbols of the Star League and the division--the state of Minnesota in red over a blue circle, with a large "331" superimposed on top in gold. They eventually arrive and begin securing a landing zone*

In short, what I have been setting up with these things with Blaze is that I am setting up a new faction, the Alterra Corporation-a vast, intergalactic trade and goods production firm that's not afraid to fight back against troublemakers...Blaze (who lost his memory since coming to this universe) has been bought out and he was given a spot on the Alterra Board of Directors. So far, I just have the one ship and Alterra Corporate Headquarters on Earth, but I will be building cool new gadgets I am willing to sell. Sunbeam-class trade vessel:10% Cyclops-class submarines:10% P.R.A.W.N. Exosuits and upgrades: 10% Phasegate construction: 10% Propulsion cannons: Stasis Rifles: Miniguns/Assault Rifles: 10% Power Armor: 10% Fleet 1: 10% Fleet 2: 10% Fleet 3: 10% Fleet 4: 10% Fleet 5: 10% Stasis cannons: 5% Outposts: 10%
I couldn't think of w decent sig, so here's a pig: 🐷

The nearby system that is being attacked is an NPC system.

Soldiers rush around, checking their gear, some entering into drop pods and others making vehicle checks. Emperor Cameron stands at the bridge, supervising and commanding the simulation. He takes a microphone and turns it on:
"Alright, gentlemen, we are engaging a simulation. After this phrase, everything must not be taken as complete reality. We are going to drop into the planet bellow. We are to secure it from SLDF forces, and push them out or slay them all. After the initial assault, gunships will land carrying more sensible troops. You may begin Drop procedures.
The metal flanks of Battle Cruisers and carriers open to reveal thousands of cylinders. If there was atmosphere, a large "crack" would be heard as the pods detach from their ships and are sent down into orbit, cutting through the sky like thousands of fiery arrows.
