Today, we are talking about the infamous Emperor Ciblast!
No one is quite sure where is came from, but he wasn’t born on earth. His recent ancestors did live on earth, but something caused them to find a home elsewhere. He is fitted with ice blasters which can double up as chainsaws! He also has cyborg implants, though I’m not sure they do anything. He is currently in charge of the empire of Freeze and normally comes up with the idea for everything we build! He sometimes acts strangly but a lot of the time has a big plan behind his chaotic behaviour.
The modification of exosuits to be able to carry and fire compact artillery pieces on their backs would eliminate weight restrictions faced by aero-spatial operations.
