{Jammers - Allies of the Starlight Empire - Only!} Some of you know this, some of you may not. The Zaaran Empire/LegoAgentFigure, The Porgian Empire/Datsomethingporg, and the Federation/Tuvok are launching an assault on the Starlight Empire, which requests the assistance of its loyal allies, The Meketare Empire, The Union of Esomerian Systems, the Arconian Empire, the Concordian Empire, the [insert name of Meta's faction here] and the Galaxy Squad.
The plan formulated by Starlight Empire tacticians is to hold them back with the Ociana Defense Fleet and the planetary shields, while surrounding them with other fleets and crushing them. Meanwhile, their home planets will come under attack, restricted their options for a retreat.
There are several things the Starlight Empire wishes to discuss:
1. How many fleets/projects can each of its allies contribute? 2. Who wants to attack their fleet above Ociana, and who their planets? 3. Which planets should be attacked?

OOC: Hello and welcome to the Galaxy War RP Dr. Matthews! Yes, the Galaxy War RP is a bit unique compared to other RPs that don't have spaceships, building machines and conquering. I will give you an example of what to do. For a start, you must make your empire! I'll use mine as an example:
1: Create your profile:
NAME: The Zaraan Empire PLANET: Vanguard (I forgot what you're supposed to put next, but you can put descriptions of your empire and so on)
2: Start building:
Infantry: 20% (infantry take 20% each day to train. Keep updating every day the percentage until you reach 100% and your troops are ready for battle).
Fighter Ships: 10% (do the same as what you do with infantry, except you can only do 10% a day because your Fighter Ships or whatever vehicle (except a superweapon) take longer to build).
Super Laser: 5% (If you want what your weapon does and what it's called a secret, you can label it under a project name. Like "Project X" or "Project Divider" or whatever you like.
So this is what it should look like the next day:
Infantry: 40% (infantry take 20% each day to train. Keep updating every day the percentage until you reach 100% and your troops are ready for battle).
Fighter Ships: 20% (do the same as what you do with infantry, except you can only do 10% a day because your Fighter Ships or whatever vehicle (except a superweapon) take longer to build).

3: Forge alliances and crush enemies.
You can request an alliance with someone (or if they request an alliance with you you can accept it.) If you are building something, you can ask your allies to boost your progress. When allies do this, you can double the progress of your projects for one day.
The fighting part I believe is just like normal RP battles but in space.

{JAMMERS! -Shamrock and allies- ONLY!}Well, since we are allies now, I'll tip my hand: the Reality Gun is so called because it literally forces the world to play by the rules of reality; your ships move according to vector-based movement, so if you try to slow down or turn, your old momentum doesn't go away--you have to accelerate in a direction which will cancel it out or turn it the way you want to go (which should throw them into at least momentary disarray, and will likely be like driving on ice for anyone not already used to that style of flying). Anti-gravity systems don't work, so unless you're accelerating at a constant 1g, your crew becomes weightless, FTL drives that rely on "questionable" adherence to physics won't work in the range of its effect, either. If that sounds like it will be a problem for you, then stay out of its effect radius (I will try to keep it clear of your starting positions), and let me mop up anything that is suffering from its effects.
OOC: this superweapon is basically my attempt to make the real science on which I'm trying to base my empire a viable concept.
