I'm attacking because Blaze came from the last GW universe and remembers the things yo did there. He wanted to cut things short before they could happen again. Given the recent news, the Commonwealth of Esomerian Systems hereby mobilizes it's full standing army and a third of it's conscripted population, forms a defensive cordon around it's territory and declares neutrality. Also, it resumes the name of Union of Esomerian Systems (because even if commonwealth sounds cooler, I can therefore use the Battle Cry of Freedom as official music ).

Yes it is. This Blaze is the one from the old RP, he used the Dimensional Gateway to come here.

I am sorry, but I cannot see how you think you can break the rules of the RP, and then claim that you would be a fair GM.
i belive that the five limit or six limit works best and think that carrying over planets should be allowed but troops,bases,fleets,weapons(looks at the ymir that magicly appeared)(i actully have reason to shout out)
If he legally built the Ymir, he can legally use its capabilities. Stop whining.
