I must load my project status now. Defense and exploration Project Obakom: 65% Planetary Shield: 70% Project Sun Crusher: 40% Daras Special Forces: 20% More Daras: 20%
Civilian and Industry Industrial War Effort: 10% The industry must be fully committed to wartime production. Expelling all Starlight Empire citizens: 10% Anyone who associates/is suspected of associating with the Starlight Empire will be barred from the Porgian Empire.
At the edges of the Kepler-442 solar system, five ogive-shaped structures come out of wormholes. Along their smooth forms are small bulbous protrusions, housing weapons and propulsion systems, sensor arrays, and the like. They are an example of an Esomerian Squadron. The leading ship comes forward, conducts several scans of the system, and proceeds to broadcast repeated signals in an attempt to reach the local inhabitants.
*their sensors suffer interference from the star, but they pick up a repeated, automated broadcast; it relies on images rather than writing, in order to overcome any language barriers. The images depict images of male and female variant humans (to depict who we are), a series of prime numbers (to demonstrate our intelligence and grasp of mathematics), and the coordinates of both Kepler-442b and Earth (to show where we are and where we come from)*
OOC: until actual first contact is made, this is how we are planning to respond in real life to any potential alien contact, so that's what they are doing until they find out they can actually talk with anyone who comes along (they haven't actually made contact with any other systems since they left earth).
As long as they follows the build chain rules, then they can build something at two percent(as a joke), go on a two month no GW RP period, and come back with a fleet.
No we banned any percentage that was under 5% simply because people were building 1% things and no one can build under 1%
Let me specify non-combatants, non-combatants are people not capable of fighting are refuse to fight. Civilian = non-combatant. A soldier is a combatant and any facility that houses military stuff like weapons, men, equipment, etc is considered a military facility. And under the Geneva convention it is illegal to attack a school house with children inside (the same goes for any other building housing civilians), but if the school house also serves as a bomb building factory than it is legal to attack and destroy the school even if children are inside.

*A massive space station also enters the system. It attempts to establish radio contact with the inhabitants.*
I-Fleet 1, Fleet 1, and S-Fleet 1 arrive at the tummies planet. Air strikes push back those attacking the tummies. Troops land and set up a FOB evacuation ships arrive for the tummies and they are taken to a safe zone. Air strikes continue against the attackers inflicting heavy damage.
A message is sent to all attackers, "Turn back now you have violated the Geneva Convention which states that War of Conquest is prohibited. If you don't with draw the Kalypsian Empire will declare war in the name of Peace. This is your only chance to with draw before you must surrender on our terms."
*A message is sent back from the Star Destroyer.* This is a representative of the People’s Republic of [Ciar's World]. We do not abide by such conventions. You have unlawfully entered our territory. *Your ships are heavily fired upon by hundreds of turbolasers.*
*On the ground, the soldiers take shelter from the bombing. When troops land, they are surrounded by [Ciar's World's] troops.*
None of what you just said makes sense or holds any relevance.
You said in the pirates roleplay that you didn’t want anyone insulting you or questioning your right to have a opinion. That's pretty much what your doing to everyone.
That couldn’t be far from what I’m doing. I am providing constructive criticism of the rules.
